It would have benefitted from a bit more cheese, but Philly's tend to vary a lot when you are ordering from a place where that isn't a specialty. I was able to comfortably finish my Philly. Neither was overly large (which was fine we didn't especially want leftovers given our schedule). They have some outlets equipped with various phone chargers I know this as the party at the next table asked if we minded if they set their phone down behind us to charge. You can see across Broadway, though, if you want to people-watch. You cannot see much of the sidewalk from it as you are 80% above it. They have about 7 - 8 tables on the balcony. When our turn came, we also asked for a table there.
